You came here thinking someone else needs this.
You may be right.
But that someone is also you.
You may be a good parent, a good partner, a good child, a good teacher, a good person. You may show up, give, manage, adjust, and keep going.
And yet — something in how you react, how you worry, how you love, how you receive, or how you speak to yourself may still be repeating.
Not because you are not trying.
Because something much older may still be running underneath.
21 Days Transformation into Being You is a live 21-day mirror work journey inspired by Louise Hay’s work, guided by Geet Batra.
Maybe you need to return.
The part of you that says “later” may be the exact part asking to be seen.
Most people who find this page have one of these thoughts:
All of these are normal.
And all of them are part of the reason this work exists.
The pattern that has kept you where you are will rarely invite you warmly into change. It will delay, explain, rationalise, and point the finger elsewhere.
You only have to be willing to find out.
You do not have to be fully ready.
The next 21 days can bring you closer to yourself — one honest practice at a time.
Register for the 21-Day JourneyThere are two children who may need you right now.
The one who tests you. Needs you. Watches you. Learns from you — not only from what you say, but from who you become when life is hard.
The one who learned early how to stay quiet, adjust, please, fear, fight, prove, perform, disappear, or become “strong.”
That inner child does not stay hidden. It shapes how you react. How you love. How you worry. How quickly you feel hurt. How much you try to control. How you pass things on — without meaning to.
Sometimes your child is not only testing your patience. Sometimes they are touching an old unhealed part of you.
That is awareness.
And awareness is where change begins.
Your child does not only learn from what you say.
They also absorb how you treat yourself. How you react under stress. How you handle disappointment. How you receive love. How you speak to your own mistakes.
This is not blame. This is hope.
Because what was learned can be unlearned. What was absorbed can be released. And what you heal in yourself does not have to pass on.
The best teacher in you is not more controlled. It is more present.
When your own inner voice softens, children feel it. When your nervous system becomes calmer, your room changes. When you stop attacking yourself inside, your patience outside becomes more real.
This work can support not only your personal life, but the way you hold space for every child, student, or young person who meets you.
Not your personality.
The relationship you have with yourself.
What may be repeating
- Reacting strongly and not knowing why it hit so hard
- Saying things you never wanted to say
- Feeling guilty, then overcompensating, then feeling guilty again
- Being patient with everyone except yourself
- Helping everyone while quietly running on empty
- Knowing something needs to change, but not knowing where to begin
What becomes possible
- Responding instead of reacting
- Catching the pattern before it passes on
- Giving yourself what was never fully given to you
- Standing with yourself instead of constantly managing yourself
- A quieter, kinder relationship with the voice in your head
- More willingness to receive love, support, ease, and good
One willing person can change more than one life.
What you heal in yourself can change how you parent, love, respond, teach, receive, and live.
Make This InvestmentWhen something real gets touched, the old pattern may try to protect itself.
Some people begin beautifully. Then, when the work reaches something deeper, they suddenly become busy, tired, doubtful, irritated, or “not sure.”
That does not mean they are weak. It means something inside them has protected a wound for a long time. Of course it does not want to be seen immediately.
This journey does not force anyone to go faster than they are ready. The space is gentle. The practice is steady. The invitation is honest.
You will not be overloaded with information.
You will be guided into practice.
Each day has a focused theme and a guided experience. The sequence is intentionally built so that your relationship with yourself opens gradually, safely, and honestly.
Week One
You begin noticing the voice inside you — the one that corrects, judges, doubts, compares, or withdraws.
The work begins with awareness, safety, and willingness.
Week Two
The journey gently moves into the deeper emotional places where old responses, younger parts, and long-carried beliefs may still be shaping life.
This is where many people begin to understand themselves differently.
Week Three
The work turns toward release, receiving, gratitude, and choosing a new inner script.
Not by forcing positivity — but by becoming available to a different way of being with yourself.
Not a dramatic reinvention.
A quieter return.
After 21 days, people do not always describe becoming someone new. Many describe remembering someone they had forgotten.
- A quieter inner critic
- More kindness toward the body
- Less need for everyone else to be okay before you can be okay
- More emotional honesty
- More ability to stand with yourself during difficult moments
- A different relationship with receiving love, appreciation, support, and good
- Small but real shifts in parenting, relationships, choices, and self-worth
One willing person can change more than one life.
What you learn in this journey is not only for these 21 days. It can change the way you speak, react, love, forgive, receive, parent, teach, and experience your own life.
And if we count the lives touched by the person you become, the ripple is far bigger than we can see today.

Register NowThis may not be for everyone.
This is not for you if you want a quick fix.
This is not for you if you want someone else to change your life while you remain passive.
This is not for you if you are not willing to practise, reflect, participate, and meet yourself honestly.
Begin with a free inner child meditation.
A gentle Day 9 meditation from the 21 Days Mirror Series, recorded in Geet Batra’s voice. This meditation is for the part of you that may have felt unseen, unheard, judged, scolded, or left behind.
Listen with softness. Share it with someone who may need to reconnect with the younger part of themselves.
Not what they expected. What they experienced.
Honest accounts of what consistent mirror work, self-love practice, reflection, and inner work can open in real people with real lives.
“Will 21 Days of Mirror Series change your life forever? The surprising truth — yes.”
“He helped me put the pieces together and understand the importance of this inner work.”
“After one session with Geet I got extreme clarity on the issues that were bothering me.”
Before you decide, read this.
I think my partner, parent, or child needs this more than I do.
They might. But you can only begin with yourself. When you change the way you relate to yourself, the dynamic around you often begins to shift — even if the other person never attends a single session.
I have done inner work before. It helped for a while, then life became the same again.
That is common. Motivation fades when the deeper belief remains unchanged. This journey is built around daily practice, reflection, and lived awareness, so the work does not stay as information in your head.
What if I feel uncomfortable or emotional?
Discomfort is not a sign that something is wrong. It may simply mean something real is being touched. We go gently. Nobody is pushed to share or go deeper than they are ready.
I am not very spiritual. Is this still for me?
Yes. You do not need to follow any belief system. You only need willingness, honesty, and consistency.
What if I miss a day?
Continue the next day. The invitation is consistency, not perfection. When possible, you may attend the alternate batch if you miss your usual batch.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a guided inner-work and self-reflection journey. It can be deeply healing, but it is not a replacement for therapy, medical care, psychiatric care, or crisis support.
Guided with depth, gentleness, and honesty.

Continue your journey in other ways.
The road is long.
I am willing to walk with you.
Maybe you do not need to start over. Maybe you need to return to yourself.
