Your body has been trying to tell you something—for years.
You Can Heal Your Life is the radical possibility Louise Hay invited us to explore: that long-held thoughts and emotions may have a physical echo—which means that changing our inner relationship can, in turn, change how we experience our lives.
This educational, reflective work complements—but does not replace—medical diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy or mental-health care.
Could the story beneath the symptom matter too?
In the symbolic framework Louise Hay laid out in You Can Heal Your Life, diabetes was associated with themes such as longing, grief and a perceived lack of sweetness in life. This is not a medical explanation for diabetes; rather, it is an invitation to explore the emotional story alongside appropriate medical care.
When did the story begin? Some beliefs were formed in childhood—before you had the language or power to question them.
How did it become “true”?You may have adapted to the world through a thought that once protected you, then continued living as if it were permanent.
Can it be rewritten?A learned belief is not a life sentence — instead, awareness, compassion and practice can open a different relationship with yourself.
You Can Heal Your Life: more than positive thinking.
Louise Hay’s groundbreaking book, You Can Heal Your Life, brought global attention to a simple but radical idea: our habitual thoughts, unexpressed emotions and relationship with ourselves can influence our lived experience—including how we experience the body.
The work asks you to notice the patterns beneath your reactions — for example, the throat that tightens before a difficult conversation, the body that braces around certain people, or the inner voice that repeats an old criticism.
Across eight years of facilitation, Geet Batra has adapted this methodology into structured, experiential work, so that people can move beyond merely understanding an idea and begin practising it in real life.
With gratitude to Shashank Gupta and Sneha Shah of ISRA — Certified Heal Your Life® Master Trainers who have carried Louise Hay’s work to hundreds of facilitators worldwide — whose training shaped how this program is held.

Choose depth in a room—or continuity across ten weeks.
Both formats bring the You Can Heal Your Life methodology into structured, experiential work; however, the difference lies in the pace, setting and time you want for integration.

- Explore beliefs, emotions and repeated patterns
- Mirror work, self-acceptance and inner-child processes
- A held group environment with room to participate at your own pace
10-Week Study Course

Not a “fixed” you. A freer relationship with you.
Transformation is personal; even so, these are the capacities the work is designed to strengthen.
Notice beliefs and emotional patterns that quietly shape reactions, choices and relationships.
Practise speaking to yourself with honesty and compassion instead of shame or attack.
Create room to work with resentment, guilt, fear and the past—without forcing disclosure.
Leave with repeatable tools for self-awareness, self-acceptance and emotional wellbeing.

Questions people often ask.
Is this therapy or medical treatment?
No — these are educational and reflective programs. They do not diagnose, treat or cure physical or mental-health conditions, and therefore do not replace care from qualified health professionals.
Do I need to read You Can Heal Your Life first?
No. Familiarity with the book is welcome but not required, since the relevant ideas and practices are introduced during the program.
Which format is right for me?
Choose the 1 or 2-day workshop if you want an in-person immersion; alternatively, choose the 10-week online course if you prefer a steadier pace, weekly continuity and time to practise between sessions.
Will I have to share personal experiences?
No. You are invited, never forced, to speak or participate. You may pause, adapt or opt out of an exercise when needed.
