Mirror Work Mastery — 21-Week Deep Mirror Work Program | Geet Batra
The next journey begins with one question

The mirror was the beginning. Your life is the practice.

Mirror Work Mastery is a 21-week continuation for people who have completed 21 Days Transformation into Being You and are ready to carry that relationship with themselves into choices, boundaries, relationships, body, prosperity, visibility and purpose.

Why continue?

Meeting yourself is one experience. Remaining beside yourself while life happens is another.

Not because the first journey was incomplete. Because insight needs somewhere to live.

It is easier to recognise self-love in a quiet practice than to remember it during a difficult conversation, an uncertain decision, an old emotional trigger or an opportunity that asks you to become more visible.

Instead of moving to a new theme every day, Mirror Work Mastery gives each area a week. You meet live, carry a brief practice into ordinary life, notice what appears and return with a deeper understanding of yourself.

The mirror remains the starting point. Your life becomes the practice.
A process of integration

This is not simply more mirror work.

  • Trusting yourself when a choice has to be made.
  • Expressing a boundary without carrying days of guilt.
  • Recognising a relationship pattern before repeating it.
  • Listening to your body instead of only correcting it.
  • Allowing appreciation, help, rest, love or opportunity to reach you.
  • Becoming visible without immediately making yourself smaller.
  • Responding to emotions with curiosity instead of shame.
  • Moving from complete certainty toward grounded action.
The series does not promise a life without difficult moments. It helps you build a relationship with yourself that can remain present within them.
Where the work enters life

Seven places where knowing can become living.

You are not given one answer to follow. Each theme becomes a lens through which to notice your own thoughts, choices, body and relationships.

01

Self-trust and choice

Hear your own voice more clearly and notice where guilt, fear or the need for permission influences what you choose.

02

Boundaries and relationships

Explore what belongs to you, what does not, and how to remain connected without abandoning yourself.

03

Body and emotional life

Listen to emotions as information and develop a more respectful relationship with the body.

04

Prosperity and receiving

Notice what happens when life offers support, rest, love, appreciation, opportunity or abundance.

05

Identity and visibility

Reconnect with qualities you may have hidden and experiment with occupying your natural space.

06

Purpose and creation

Move from waiting for absolute certainty toward participating in the life you want to create.

07

Forgiveness and wholeness

Meet past choices and rejected parts of yourself with understanding—without forcing forgiveness.

A spacious weekly rhythm

Deep enough to matter. Light enough to live.

2–2½hours across the week
01

One live session

We meet weekly for approximately 90–120 minutes—enough room for guided process, reflection and group learning without rushing.

02

Every session recorded

Revisit the session in your own time or use the recording when you are unable to attend live.

03

One or two brief practices

A mirror prompt, awareness question, small experiment or invitation to notice keeps the exploration alive between sessions.

04

Consistency, not performance

The value comes from engaging with the process—not from completing every exercise perfectly.

What the series adds

Support for the space between insight and action.

Time for integration

A week around one theme reveals how it appears in real situations—not only in the session.

A guided live experience

Teaching, mirror practice, meditation, journaling, affirmation work and practical action may come together.

Personal application

The invitation is to discover what the theme means in your life, rather than follow one prescribed answer.

Gentle continuity

Brief WhatsApp practices keep the work alive without turning it into another demanding daily programme.

A familiar group

You continue with other graduates who already understand the language and experience of mirror work.

Evidence of progress

A repeated self-assessment helps you notice changes in awareness, choices and responses over time.

What are you saying yes to?

Not 21 weeks of merely listening. A weekly space in which you notice, reflect, practise and experiment with new responses.

You do not need to arrive fearless, completely clear or perfectly disciplined. You do need a willingness to keep meeting yourself honestly.

A respectful way to participate.

You may speak, write or simply listen. Keeping your camera on is not compulsory. You are never required to disclose trauma, force forgiveness, reconcile with someone or continue an exercise that feels overwhelming.

Mirror Work Mastery is an educational and reflective group experience. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment or a replacement for professional mental-health care.

You are not being asked to become somebody else. You are being given space to hear yourself more clearly.

Questions people ask

Before you decide.

Is this a daily programme?

No. The group meets live once a week for approximately 90–120 minutes. Only one or two brief WhatsApp practices are shared between sessions.

Are the sessions recorded?

Yes. Every weekly session is recorded so participants can revisit it or use the recording when they miss the live session.

How much time should I keep aside?

Plan for approximately 2–2½ hours across the week: the live session plus brief between-session practices.

Do I have to speak or keep my camera on?

No. You may participate through listening and writing. Speaking, sharing and keeping the camera on are not compulsory.

Will I have to discuss trauma or forgive someone?

No. There is no required trauma disclosure, forced forgiveness or pressure to reconcile. You may pause, adapt or opt out of any exercise.

Can I join without completing the 21-Day journey?

No. Mirror Work Mastery builds on the practices and shared language established during 21 Days Transformation into Being You.

How often does Mirror Work Mastery open?

It opens once a year for a small group. You can begin with a conversation before deciding.

The closing invitation

The 21 days helped you return. The 21 weeks help you live from there.

If something within you is saying yes, reach out. You do not have to make a decision in the first message. You and Geet can simply talk.

With love,
Geet

Not yet completed the foundation?

Begin by returning to yourself.

Before joining Mirror Work Mastery, you must first complete Geet Batra’s foundational journey, 21 Days Transformation into Being You. Mirror Work Mastery does not repeat the beginning; it assumes you have experienced the mirror practices and begun observing your inner conversation.

  • Notice how you speak to yourself
  • Soften the inner critic
  • Explore self-worth and body judgement
  • Make space for difficult feelings
  • Reconnect with younger parts of yourself
  • Become more open to receiving
